Updation of CSR 1998 duly approved by Provincial Cabinet. the Government of

Balochistan is pleased to approve the Balochislan Composite Schedule of Rates

(CSR) 2018. CSR 2018 shall be applicable w.e.f ]st July, 2018. All Departments

Generally end Notional Building Departments sholl especially follow the

Balochistan Composite schedule of Rates (CSR)- 2018 as per following criteria:-

a). The rates of newly updated Balochistan CSR - 2018, will be applicable
on New and unapproved schemes only.

b). The PC-Is / Cost Estimates of all development unapproved schemes as

per (0) above, sholl be prepared on Balochistan CSR - 2018.

c). The Balochistan CSR - 2018, sholl be applicable only on New and
unapproved schemes / works, w.e.f 1st July, 2018 and shall not be
applicable on already approved and Ongoing schemes / works.

d). Tile Balochistan CSR - 2018, sholl be regularly updated on yearly basis.

e). The District wise Premiums will be notified separately.
