Times have changed and technology has ushered in new and better times in which the entire

world is interconnected. The advances are remarkable and relevant but they have also had a great
impact on people. In these times we can see how technology has allowed us to handle the
situation in a different way and bring life to a state of infinity but without stopping doing our daily
activities, but this is not the same as having a face-to-face conversation. .

A great example is long distance relationships, they lead and require a giant commitment and the
ties have to be stronger and more solid. Speaking through a chat, a call or a simple message will
not be able to match the feeling of looking someone in the eye and feeling human warmth. There I
have another great aspect, the relationship and the bond that is created with people is not the
same as that felt by a cell phone. a great medium but with many disadvantages and cons. in my
case I can say that I will never stop loving going for a walk and seeing people even if I have the
chance. This new technology is a double-edged sword, but it is knowing how we handle it. The
feelings cross barriers and go beyond the distance, it all depends on the use and the way in which
it impacts our lives

Another example that can be seen in every home, it’s a reality in our lives. Do we have the same
customs as before? Now everyone is on their cell phone and in their own reality away from others,
they no longer create the same social ties as before. In my position I cannot speak of being against
or for, I think it is ambivalence and that it has good as well as bad things. Technology changes
everything.
