Cutting process

Guide rails
The guide rails are made of high strength aluminium

which can easily be exchanged.

 Eazy Saw

Triple safety for the operator

The special design of the hinge prevents the sawblade from
“jumping”out of the cut. This increases the safety
for the operator. The special slipping clutch inside the motor
protects the gearbox and the operator when the saw blade
is jammed. The machine is equipped with a personal
residual current device (PRCD) and “zero-voltage” cut off.
To avoid overload situations, a thermal relay is integrated in
the motor housing.

Water cooling
The cooling water is supplied to the saw blade via the hollow
shaft in the gearbox. The saw blade segments are therefore
cooled efficiently with a minimum of water.
With a needle valve the cooling water can be regulated with
great precision. The water indirectly also reduces the
temperature of the gearbox which has a positive effect on
the lifetime of the motor.

Blade guard
The blade guard is made of aluminium casted
material and has an ergonomically rubber grip.
The unique “spray-control” system ensures
cooling water to spray from the cut in each
position. Additional handles can be mounted on
both sides of the guard for optimum ease of use
during horizontal cutting.
