Instead of an interactive step by step guide, we use a barometer, literally from end to end and
explain what are our services. But obviously we hope the barometer's graphics/illustrations blends
in with our website theme and pics that we are already using - please note: these small interactive
designs that explains our services and what we do in my opinion makes a big difference - What do

Membership Tiers (BLACK PANDA)

Want this to be very special, like different options/levels in a video game
Say if there are 3 tiers, and they represent 3 colours, say, white, blue and black. When lets say
you click on the "blue package", the white and black fades out and disappear, the "blue" then takes
the centre of the stage/website and the colour background and everything around it turns into
"blue", for example, and to display a ICON/LOGO  (we can design these 3 specifically, for White,
Blue, Black Panda)

More video/images of properties that we buy/rent - may be blend in with case studies?
Most important yet easiest thing to make the website looks more professional is the use of the
media. Our current website only has words - we need to add photos, videos, VR of properties and
obviously a CTA function where they can inquire and speak to us about the properties. 

Features:
Show example properties to buy
Picture or listed view of properties that we can buy for clients.
But will need to advise to price ranges, whether we should blend this in with a map, whether this
should be a separate page or just some subsections within the buying section.

- Can drag to different areas, zoom in and out with adjusted resolutions 
- Show different layers by ticking subsection boxes, e.g. Tube lines and station, residential

For us to talk about different stuff on the market, funny things to share, is it better to link to
Facebook? Our clients do NOT use Twitter coz its not a very Chinese thing. If I only write stuff on
the website where people can only access it from the website, I fear I won't get a lot of audiences. 
- Upload pictures, words, videos, interviews with people.
- Link to Facebook, youtube, if possible. The audience be much larger?

VR 360 View
VR of the week to record nice properties that we have.
Can support a small screen VR (includes features like 360, dragging) and can enlarge easier to
the centre of the screen, while the background is blacked out, displaying a larger version of the VR
for people who want a better look of the VR.
