USER GUIDE (O365 SCHOOL ACCOUNT)

*School ICT Coordinator will assist the School Head in activating MS Office 365 School Account

1. Open your browser (ex. Firefox, Chrome, Safari)

2. Type in OFFICE.COM in the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) box.

3. Click Sign in button

4. Enter your School DepEd email account here

5. Enter the given password here

6. Your School DepEd account is now active/logged in. To secure your School DepEd email account
more information is required.
7. Click Next to continue

8. Secure your School DepEd email account thru these two-way authentication (email & phone)
*preferably active email account

Enter your active personal email

CLICK “email me”

9. Once you click the “email me” button, verification code was sent to the email you provided in
the Authetication email box.
10. Login your personal email and look for the message in your inbox from Microsoft… (see the
sample)

11. Open the message containing the verification code (see the sample)
12. Go back to your verification page/tab and enter the verification code here

Click “verify” button to complete

13. Click “finish” to complete.

14. Congratulations you have activated your School O365 Account!

Office 365 exclusive only for DepEd
Note: MS OFFICE 365 SCHOOL ACCOUNT can be installed to your DCP laptops or DCP Packages.

This will serve as the official DepEd email account of the school. The School
Heads and the School ICT Coordinators are responsible of safekeeping the
account.
*Integrated Schools will only have 1 MS Office 365 School Account
