Ans 3. Depends on what I am purchasing and my needs. Any occasion my shopping
frequency increases.

Q4. Do you prefer conventional method of shopping (Retail Stores) to online shopping?
Ans 4. Earlier it was brick and mortar, now it is shifting to online due to better technologies
and better quality of products offered. Then it definitely depends on what my need is.
Q5. Can you describe your first online purchase experience?
Ans 5. My First purchase of was a nike shoe for myntra in 2014, and it was not upto the
mark and I got disappointed.

Q6. What products do you prefer purchasing online?

Ans 6. Product variety, ease of use, can be used anywhere, better options than brick and
mortar stores.
Q7. Do you face any issues when you shop online?
Ans 7. Yeah, sometimes, the colour can vary and it is pretty difficult to judge the authenticity
of the product.

Ans 8. First the look (how well it is captured), quality.

Q9. What helps you make the purchase decision?

Ans 9. I follow the reviews given by the consumers, for me that is the only way to do go
about it as the consumers give honest opinions.

Q10. What is most important for you in a product catalogue?

Ans 10. I would go for product quality.

transactions I have made so it makes me feel good.

Ans 18.if it is a big billion day then I purchase but these instant discounts we get if

in these cases the quality will be low.
