HR Assistant
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Provide statements to social agencies, payroll information and arrange attendance records
• Establish the Monthly HR Reports and Annual Social balance sheet of the company
• Prepare and Follow Partnerships with Universities and Follow Internal Company programs for Young
Graduates
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bachelor Degree in Social and Human Sciences or Law
Experience in human resource management (training policy, GPEC, recruitment, mobility, etc.) or in a
position of personnel management.
• Minimum two (02) years of professional experience directly related to the management of Human
Resources.
• Control of specific tools (ERP, payroll software, etc.) And recruitment techniques
• Fluent writing and good understanding in English and French
• Discretion, Smart, Good interpersonal skills, Diplomacy, Method and discipline, Openness, Reactivity
