Job Responsibility and duties 
 
• Daily attendance of Employees by Biometric and registers. 
• Recruiting customer Advisors, Service advisors, technicians, reception, Tele Callers, Accessories,
Accounts, Finance, Insurance, Admin, IT, etc. 
• Attendance and Leave management 
• Payroll by excel sheet calculation. 
• ESI (Employee state insurance), 
• Provident fund amount deduction from the employees and preparing monthly cheques from account
department and provide it to EPFO (PF). 
• Taking care of new entrant's joining formalities. 
• Facilitating Induction program for new joiners. 
• Taking care of Biometric enrollment, issuing ID cards to the newly joined employees. 
• Preparation of Job Description (JD'S) 
 
• Maintain HR MIS system and data. 
 
Statutory Compliances: 
• Managing full pledge of Statutory Compliances like ESI, PT, PF(Provident fund amount deduction from
the employees and preparing monthly cheque from account department and provide it to epfo) 
• Responsible for Online ESI compliance i.e. adopting the new online system like 
• Registration of new entrants, preparation of monthly wage summery, online submission 
• of monthly contribution and generation of Monthly challans and follow up for in time 
• payment for all divisions. 
 
Exit Formalities: 
• Taking care of full & final settlement process. 
• Conducting exit interview process for resigned, quit / terminated employees. 
• Issuing Experience, relieving letter & disbursement of cheques to resigned employees. 
 
HR MIS: 
• Preparation & Maintenance of HR MIS reports as per the management requirement like daily late
comer's report, monthly head count, monthly additions & monthly deletions etc. 
 
Recruitment: 
• Handling the entire recruitment process as per company requirement through job portals, paper ads,
existing data bank and internal references etc. 
• Regular interaction with potential sources of recruitment. 
• Maintaining Candidate's Data Base for future reference. 
• Responsible for issuance of offer, appointment, trainee to probation, probation confirmation,
probation extension letters etc.
