During a four-week internship with the Civil Aviation Authority in the HR Department, I had the opportunity to gain valuable
insights and hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and selection. This experience provided me with a
comprehensive understanding of the organization's HR practices and allowed me to contribute to the recruitment process,
which enhanced my skills and knowledge in this critical area of human resources management.
