 Manage the administration of the starters and leavers process. Preparing


new Starter Welcome packs, Offer letters and Contracts.

 Responsible for inputting all new staff and leavers details onto the
computerised system and to submit to payroll. Obtaining references on
new starters.

 Ensure the employee record systems are up to date and paper records
are filed. Ensure changes to terms of conditions (salary, hours, job title
etc) are updated, and both computerised and paper records are
compliant with data protection legislation.

 Administering the recruitment for all the Nike Group sites, posting
vacancies, logging incoming of CV’s, setting up interviews, assist hiring
manager with the interviews.

 Assist payroll with any queries regarding employees salary’s, changes to


their contract, processing leaver forms.

 For employees who are leaving, set up their exit interviews, leaver the
employees on payroll system. Send out leaver letters, advise on any

colleagues/line managers.
