For details on how to assign application settings for each probe, see the instruction manual for the device.
You can add a new setting to the applications registered for each probe of the equipment, or edit the
registered application settings.

Before starting examination
ID Input
Use the trackball to move the pointer on the window, and then press the
ENTER key to select the next item to be entered.
Enter patient information, and then click the Save button to save
the data. The next time you don’t have to enter ID, you can
select from the list of IDs displayed in the lower part of the
window.

① Make sure that the mark is selected and illuminated in yellow in the trackball priority section in the
lower right of the examination window.
If not selected, press the TRACKBALL key to select the trackball.
② Use the trackball to move the ROI or change its size. To switch between the two functions, press the
ENTER key.
The ROI size is fixed. Use the trackball to move If the z mark appears in the lower right corner of
the ROI to the desired location. the ROI, you can change the size of the ROI. Use

Real-time Tissue Elastography
Strain Graph option
The strain graph displays the variation over time of tissue strain caused by compression in real time.
Pressing the tissue which you want to image so that the periods and amplitudes of the Strain Graph are
constant makes it possible to create a stable Elasto Mode image.

* Stronger pressure increases the amplitude. Gentler pressure reduces the amplitude.

Basic Measurement ①
The basic measurement methods are caliper measurement and trace measurement.
Other special measurements are available by either pressing the MEAS. MENU key

MTI improves the visibility of the effects of a contrast agent and the visibility of where blood vessels
architecture by displaying, per frame and through superposition, the shadowed parts of a contrast image.
TIC is a function for drawing, based on recorded an AVI file, a time brightness level curve that shows the
relationship between contrast brightness level and time.
It is helpful in observing the changes in brightness level over time.

Real-time Virtual Sonography
Preparation ① option
Real-time Virtual Sonography (RVS) allows the real-time creation of cross-section (virtual) images that match the
ultrasonic image reflecting the position and inclination of the probe. Cross-section images are retrieved out of the
volume data (CT/MR/US) that has been captured beforehand.
Virtual images are intended only for reference purposes. No puncture procedure or diagnosis must be determined
based solely on the observation of the virtual image.

Corresponding to the SYNAPSE 3D data option
The SYNAPSE 3D analysis image can be fused with the CT base image etc.
Fusion Reading
① Like normal volume data, import the SYNAPSE 3D analysis image (DICOM image) to the system hard disk
as well, and select the image from the list in the Image Library window.
② Double click the thumbnail display of the RVS Setting window to read the normal volume data.
③ Drag and drop the thumbnail of the Thumbnail
