Peru, argue that the personality of the candidates must be one of the aspects that
must be evaluated in the selection of personnel, through the psycho-technical tests,
that is, the candidates that measure the ability of the applicant to make decisions and

CONCLUSIONS:
First, highlight this activity as a very enriching learning stage for our personal and
professional life, since as future psychologists we must handle basic concepts about
personality psychodiagnostic and the tests that we must apply as the case requires.
There are many personality characteristics that may be related to the behavior, as in
the case raised for this work. It is important to highlight that different psychological
tests give us, from different points of view, tools to determine people's behavior,
although projective tests tend to be more favorable when performing our work of
observation and data collection, since they are beyond the observable to intrude into
the internal feelings of the person.
