    A: Good morning, thank you for calling smile Dentristy, this is Jordana. How can I
    help you today?

    B: Good morning, I would like to make an appointment, please.

    A: Have you been here before?

    B: No, I haven´t.

    A: Oh, ok no problem. Can I have your name please?

    B: Yes, of course. My name is Nelson…

    A: Thank you, Nelson. What is the reason for your appointment?

    B: Because I have a terrible toothache.

    A: We have an opening tomorrow Friday in the afternoon. It´s ok?

    B: Do you have anything for today? My tooth hurts very much.

    A: Sorry, Nelson. It´s the first free appointment I have.
