Miss Ain : Hello. May I know who is speaking ?

A : Hello,Ms Ain. This is Ainul Jamaliah, from IE class. I tried to reach you by calling your

number yesterday but it didn’t work . So, I am caling you through this general phone line.

Miss Ain : Oh,I’m sorry . I had medical check up yesterday. What is the matter, Ainul?

A : I would like to apologise because I haven’t send my assignment yesterday. I thought the due

date is by this weekend.

Miss Ain : Why haven’t send it to me yet ? I don’t think that you should forget to complete your

work on time.

A : Miss , I’m extremely sorry for not sending it on the time but my mom was hospitalised . I had

to spend my day with her and I came back at midnight. So, I was not able to send my

assignment.

A : Can you give some times to finish my assignment and I will email you as

soon as possible.

Miss Ain : Then, I’ll give you one more day . You can submit your assignment by tomorrow morning.
