1. Conversation about a busy schedule.

Alison: Hi, Yoise. How was your weekend?


Yoise: Hi Ali, It wasn't a bad weekend, but it was too short.
Alison: Did you do anything interesting?
Yoise: I visited my nephew, he was turning years.
Alison: Did you enjoy it, didn't you?
Yoise: Yes, I did. I had not seen him in months. I tell you that I had wrapped a nice gift.
Alison: Wow! It must have been a big surprise for the little boy.
Yoise: When I arrived, he had already woken up and immediately ran to hug me.
Alison: I am sure that everything went as you had planned, right?
Yoise: in fact everything went wonderfully, the gift had loved, and best of all it was a great day.
Alison: I'm glad for you, and you had a good time
Yoise: But how rude I have been, so much emotion that I had forgotten to ask how your
weekend was.
Alison: I think I had a great weekend. However, on Sunday I had been so busy because I helped
my mom to making a beautiful presents.
Yoise: That's interesting, what kind of presents had you make?
Alison: I don't know if you have seen a gift with a lot of snacks or chocolates, toys or food.
Yoise: Of course, I love it. It has incredible something. It was for a birthday, wasn't it?
Alison: Remember that June 1st is children's day. So, we had putted a little letter for this date.
Yoise: I would like to make one these.
Alison: And I would like to show you how I make it.
Yoise: It would be great, but I have to go, if I didn't have homework, I would stay to speak
more.
Alison: Me too, University work is not easy at all.
