Instruction procedures: (step by step sequence) Today we are going to get

several curriculums from the education department. We will learn more about
traveling using cane techniques to ascend and descend the stairs and the
different interior techniques. We will start the class with a review of two point
touch cane technique and diagonal technique. We will express to the student the
objectives that we are going to work on and the route we will follow to carry it
out. As a home base, we will use the elevator that is on the fifth floor in principle
entrance. I ask you to make an acknowledgment of the area, that near the
classrooms 523 we will look for several curricula that are located on the wall. 
The student is informed of where we are going. Then we will go down to the
third floor to look for Manolo's signature. I approach the edge of the stairs and
ask him to look for the edge with the cane and the tip of his foot. I show him or
tell him where the handrail is. When we get to the third floor we will go to
Manolo's office, complete de process and we went to locate the stairs to go up to
the fifth floor. I stop near the edge of the stairs. The student will perform a
search with her cane and her foot to locate the edge, place her hand on the
railing and when she ready begins to ascend. We return to our base.
