I found a difference in teaching one-
on-one or in small groups compared
to teaching an entire classroom on the
same topic. I lack the showmanship
of working a crowd in the way that I
work with small groups and one-on-
one with students. Perhaps this is a
lack of practice, but it is an area of
growth identified by my CT, my
supervisor, and me. I will need to
master this for my students in an
effort to reach their needs for an
energetic, active teacher.
I will be looking into a masters
degree in an area of use for me. I will
have my bachelors in secondary
education, so I will look to branch out
from there. I want to deepen my
knowledge and understanding of
education into different areas and
make myself a more valuable asset to
a school district. I want to meet the
needs of my students better in the
future, and I think a masters degree
with more focus in another area will
assist me with this.
