1. All flanges shalll be sourced from EM approved manufacturer's list.
2. 100% Radiography and DP test on all welds joints of Chamber. X-ray films and DP test reports shall be provided.
3. PMI Test at Flange, Welds & Float with PMI test reports are required.
4. Hydro test of Flange as per ASME B16.5. Hydro test of Level gauge Chamber and float at 1.5 times of design pressure are required.
5. Alternative design conditions also exist as follows:
- Steam out : Design Temperature = 210 degC / 345 kPag & Full Vacuum
- Nitrogen Purge : Design Temperature = 68degC / 900 kPag
Level Gauge shall also be suitable for above design conditions.
6. Level Gauge is used to measure Interface level. Vendor to advise the density of the magnetic float.
