Ref: Proposal for review and reconsider for sanctioning CC(Hypo) limit of
Tk.50.00 Lac on A/C of M/s. Wonder Optics, a client of our branch vide our
Letter No. EXIM/ESK/ADV/PROP/21/2002/178 dtd. 29.12.2002.

Reference may kindly be made to your letter no. EXIM/HO/CR/2002/30 dated

04/01/2003 regarding decline of the above proposal without reason thereof.
In this connection we may draw your kind attention that the party concern at present
enjoying CC (Hypo) limit of Tk. 25.00 Lac from National Bank Ltd. Elephant Road
branch with good reputation since 1999.
In the mean time we have discussed regarding their inadequate banking transaction in
their CC(Hypo) account with previous bank (NBL).
In this context they have stated us that the existing CC(Hypo) Limit is very much
insufficient to meet up their competable amount as required for their business. They
have invested in their business including taking possession of their other 3 show rooms
in various places of Dhaka City amounting to Tk. 1.50 Crore from their own sources
excepting Tk. 25.00 Lac banks contribution borrowed from National Bank Ltd. The
Banks (NBL) also did not advise them to make regular payment in their CC(Hypo)
account as reported by them. We have personally visited their business organization and
satisfied with their trading performance.
Sir, we may mention here that now a days it is difficult to pickup the good clients from
other banks in the banking league competition prevailing in our country.
However we are confident that our investment with Wonder Optics will be prudent and
also quite remunerative secured by the 1 st class collateral security valuing Tk. 83.00 Lac
located at Dhaka main city.
In view of the above, we may once against request your to kindly review and reconsider
the proposal for sanctioning CC(Hypo) Limit of Tk. 50.00 Lac in favour of the party.
