CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that Ms. Mary Dorothy Talidro,CPA presently residing at

Ascenda Plains Subdivision, Maygatasan, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur is
a regular employee of ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative, located at Bgen Felix T
Pestana (Ret) Bldg., AFPOVAI Phase I, Diego Silang St., Western Bicutan,
Taguig City. She is presently designated as Accountant.

ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative is a credit and agricultural cooperative,

and is the largest cooperative entity in the Philippines in terms of financial assets.
It provides financial services to its members who are active and retired personnel
of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, as well as personnel from various
uniformed services within the government. In accordance with Section 2,
paragraph 4, subparagraph (g) the Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of
Community Quarantine in the Philippines issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force
of the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases, ACDI Multipurpose
Cooperative, being a credit cooperative, is allowed to operate during the
community quarantine period.

This certification is being issue to certify that Ms. Mary Dorothy Talidro,
CPA is part of the skeletal workforce currently deployed by ACDI Multipurpose
Cooperative for its GCQ operations. This certification is also effective for any
legal purposes it may serve.
