Dear Dr. Dimaguol,

I am writing this letter to inform you of the presence of suspicious looking men wearing
masks and jackets inside the vicinity of the school, roaming around the polling precincts.
It seems like the presence of these masked men has brought distress and panic
towards the voters, the poll watchers and the teachers.

In this regard, I would like to request assistance from your good office to ask from the
PNP or AFP uniformed personnel to insure the safety of the place and the continuous
conduct of a peaceful election.

Please consider this as an urgent request. Thank you.
