1. Description
The goal of this white paper is to discribe possible solutions to the problem of registering
Facebook and Twitter accounts without the need for phone verification.

2. Creating Twitter accounts without phone

Link builders are always creating new Twitter accounts. The problem is that after the first
created account with the same IP Twitter asks for phone verification.
There are two possible solutions.
The first one is to use a VPN service before this even happened, because after you receive this
message you are already flagged for phone verification.
The second one is after you already received this message to use a service for receiving text
messages. However Twitter has blocked almost all of these free services.
The solution is using Google Voice number. But it is available in United States only.

So we need VPN service again.

The process for verifying Twitter through Google Voice:

First accept the terms of google voice and click proceed.

Then click on “I want a new number”.

Then choose a phone at which you want Google Voice to call you at.

Google Voice will then call you to confirm.

Once you have confirmed it Google Voice will prompt you to choose a local number.
Take that local number and go back to Twitter and enter it.

Then go to your Gmail account and you will see the Twitter verification code they sent to your
new Google Voice number.

Enter that code into Twitter and you will receive a confirmation.

When we need to register multiple accounts on Facebook, they require phone verification.
This article describes a way around it, by first using non existing email then adding a real email.
But in my 5 attempts using VPN and changing locations I was not able to replicate it. Every time
Facebook asked for phone verification.
The only solution remains using different applications which provide phone numbers that can be
used for this purpose.
Our colleagues are already using these services so I will not get into more details.

4. Business Facebook Account

Although this was not originally in the project assignment I would like to comment on this
possibility.
Business manager provides the opportunity to manage pages and the people who work on them
all in one place.
It allows specific, role-based access to the Pages our business manages.
And there is no limit to the number of pages that can be managed through the account.

5. Conclusion
Creating Twitter accounts was possible without phone verification only in incognito browsing
and using VPN service.
Creating Facebook accounts was not possible without phone verification.
For the purpose of creating and managing Facebook Pages there is no need to create new
accounts. One Facebook Business account can manage all the team members who operate
thousands of different Pages.
