Cyclone Engineering Developers, Inc. is formally indicating our interest to design the
restaurant development project. At Cyclone Engineering Developers, Inc., we strive to
serve our clients in the best way possible. We maintain communication with our clients
constantly throughout the design process so they get what they desire. We guarantee
the best quality for each of the projects we design and implement.
Our lead project manager, Andrew Mota, has a long experience of managing projects
that our company has done in the past. Our head structural engineer, Alex Stein, has
been responsible for designing and constructing structures that are safe, capable of
withstanding the elements, and making sure that all calculations made on a project are
correct. Our lead architect, Katie Toms, is accomplished at designing and drafting for
beautiful and modern architectural details with all the buildings she has designed for our
company. Lastly, our project estimator, Danny Vieceli, has maintained an 89% accuracy
when estimating the prices for all of our projects over the past 12 years.

Andrew Mota, P.E.
Lead Project Manager
Cyclone Engineering Developers, Inc.
Mr. Mota joined Cyclone Engineering Developers, Inc. in 1995 as a Junior Project
Manager. With his amazing track record, he was promoted to Lead Project Manager in
2003. Mr. Mota’s responsibility within the company includes overseeing each project,
drawing logs, change orders, scheduling, as well as managing subcontractors to get
specific jobs done on the project. Through his decades of experience, Mr. Mota is one
of the most respected employees at Cyclone Engineering Development, Inc. and is a
beacon for new employees within the company.
Mr. Stein earned a M.S. from Iowa State University in Civil Engineering with a structural
focus and later joined Cyclone Engineering Developers, Inc. in 2000 as a Structural
Engineering assistant, and quickly worked his way up the ladder within the company to
become the head Structural Engineer in 2006. In 2004, Mr. Stein received his P.E.
license in the state of Iowa. In the company, Mr. Stein holds the responsibilities of
designing and constructing structures that are safe, capable of holding desired loads,
and making sure that all calculations made on a project are correct.
Mr. Vieceli graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2004
and joined Cyclone Engineering Developers, Inc. shortly after as an assistant to the
Project Estimator. He has over 15 years of experience in the estimating field, and was
voted the best Project Estimator in Iowa by the ProjEct. Organization in 2008. His
responsibilities include gathering proposals and specification related documentation,
labor costs, and materials in order to compute the overall price for a project.
