Objective:
To implement, support and manage all transmission links and nodes nationwide. Ensure that
there will be no service interruption at all time
Remain fit for work while on call at all times, including ensuring that all mandatory
training is maintained
To complete any duties given to them by the Network Infrastructure Manager in a
timely and professional manner
Report any Health and Safety Issues immediately to the Network Infrastructure
Manager or Superior and comply with all customer and company quality,
environmental and HSE requirements
KPIs
Maintain communication with team and management to ensure that work will be
completed on schedule and in compliance with established practices
Must attend all network transmission faults within the whole network 24 X 7
Perform responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high
degree of accuracy
Leadership quality to lead the field technicians
Prepare written reports and other technical documentation to communicate ideas,
concepts and details necessary to accomplish specific goals
Dealing with network crises and emergencies at any time
Manage outside working hours support and troubleshooting
Complete other duties as assigned
