Mechanics:

 Form a group of 10 members-5 members each from 1st & 2nd year. Members
should be BSRT students currently enrolled & are members of the MRTS. Only one
group is allowed for each student.
 A LEGIBLY WRITTEN Name, ID number, year and block of the student, as well as
the time & date of index card submission should be on a ¼ white index card.***
Index card should be personally submitted to Maam Michelle Cayabyab( in
class or in the faculty room); or to Sir Don Valbuena at the x-ray laboratory.

Index cards should be submitted ON or BEFORE NOVEMBER 14, 2019.

***No ¼ index card with information, entry will not be considered.

Each student should BE PRESENT during the date, time and room of the competition.

 November 14 – Qualifying Round (R308 AVR – 5:30pm)


 November 15 – Final Round for Top 8 (R308 AVR – 5:30pm)

Note:

NO DISRUPTION OF CLASSES. Activities will be scheduled on the day and time where
most participants are available. RT Faculty members who are available on the
scheduled activity will prepare, assist and implement it. Only students without classes
may watch the activity.

NO REGISTRATION FEE will be collected from participants in all activities.

Each student should bring own laptop with pdf file saver during the 1 hour essay writing
on November 16 – Rizal 3rd Floor (5:30pm).

An idea to be expressed related to the theme “Waves of the Future” (be ready with
any concept related to the theme regarding the Radiologic Technologists critical role in
patient care and health care safety) to maximize 1 hour.

health care safety) to maximize 1 hour for illustrating it.

November 16 – Rizal 3rd Floor (5:30pm).

 Own writing materials

Slogan on the theme “Waves of the Future” (be ready with any concept related to the
theme regarding the Radiologic Technologists critical role in patient care and health
care safety) to maximize the 30mins for writing it on the cartolina.

Theme: Waves of the future

Mechanics:

 An entry should be from 2 BSRT students currently enrolled & are members of the
MRTS. Only ONE entry is allowed for each student
 The PHOTO should depict the theme.
 Pictures should NOT BE digitally enhanced. Only cropping is allowed.
 Entries should be printed in an 8R photo paper. Portrait and Landscape
Orientation are allowed.

SUBMISSION:
It should be placed in a SHORT BROWN ENVELOPE with a 1/8 blue index card inside.***
containing the following information, LEGIBLY WRITTEN : name &ID number of the
student; category; and time & date of index card submission. It should be personally
submitted to Maam Michelle Cayabyab( in class or in the faculty room); or to Sir Don
Valbuena at the x-ray laboratory.

Index cards should be submitted ON or BEFORE NOVEMBER 14, 2019.
