Calling all NSTP1 and NSTP2 students out there! Come and join us in advancing Peace and Environmental Awareness!

This activity will not just make awareness about peace and environmental pollution, but will also allow us explore ways on how
we can preserve and rehabilitate it.

INFO-MERCIAL Making CONTEST


Mechanics/Guidelines

1. The Info-mercial Making Contest is open to all currently enrolled NSTP 1 and NSTP 2 Students in each
section.
Must Submit at least one (1) entry.
2. All contestants must be must upload his/her entry using this link:
https://forms.office.com/r/t4MPAGejfy
Official entry number will be assigned to each contestant. The entry number will be e mailed to the
corresponding contestant. Instructions on how to submit will be provided in the same e-mail.
The entry must be ORIGINAL and must not have been submitted to any other contest.

- Should bear the theme of the 2022 International Peace Education “Reimagining Education for
Peace and Development”.
- Dialogues are limited to Filipino and English language or dialects with subtitles.
- Contain photos and footages that are original. Copyrighted music material may be used but must
be duly cited;
- Run for a maximum of three (3) minutes including credit titles;

- Begin with a 10-second “title screen” that includes the title of the video, section of the entrants

and producers’ names respectively and;


- be submitted by a group of three (3) students from the same section.

6. Entry Must be submitted in HD file (MP4, MPEG or MOV, sent thru the email provided format with
the filename KaIikapaInfomercialmakingEntry#. Wrong filename may be subject to
disqualification
7. The submission of entries will begin at 1 2:01 AM on April 20, 2023 and will close at 1 I:59 PM on
April 29, 2023.
8. AII entries will be judged Using these criteria:
Relevance to the theme 40%
Creativity and originality 30%
Production impact 10%
Overall impact (wow! factor) 20%
TO TA L 100%

9. The top (3) entries will receive a Certificate of Recognition and the following Gift Certificate and NU
Merchandise.

10 All contestants will receive a Certificate of Participation

11 The winners will be selected by a panel of judges, whose decision will be final

12 Announcement of winners will be on May 10, 2023.

DIGITAL PEACE ART CONTEST


Mechanics/Guidelines

1. The Digital Peace Art Contest is open to all currently enrolled NSTP I and NSTP 2 students. Each section
must submit at least one (1) entry.
2. All contestants must upload his/her entry using this link: https://forms.office.com/r/79Y7vyMVt2
3 Official entry number will be assigned to each contestant. The entry number will be e mailed to the
corresponding contestant. Instructions on how to submit will be provided in the same e-mail.
4. The entry must be ORIGINAL and must not have been submitted to any other contest.
All entries must be created using digital technology and must be presented in stand-alone print image
format.
6. Scanned, hand-drawn or painted art forms are not accepted. Animated works, motion
graphics and other sub-classification of digital art that cannot be rendered to print will be accepted
7. Entries that violate trademark and copyright laws, those with explicit and malicious content that incites
prejudice on race, sex, religion, and other forms of human and animal rights and those that include
promotional advertisements will be disqualified.
8. Entry must be Submitted in A4 size (8.3 x 1 1.7 in.), portrait orientation, high resolution JPEG format
(minimum of 1920x 1080 pixels), 300 dpi using the filename KaIikapaDigitaIPeaceArtEntry#. Name and
section should not be indicated in the digital art. Wrong filename may be subject to disqualification. The
maximum fiIe ' SIZE is 1. O M B.
9. Upon submission, each entry must be accompanied by the TITLE of the artwork and a brief
artist’s DESCRIPTION of no more than 150 words.
10 The submission of entries will begin at 1 2:0 1 AM on April 20, 202 3 and will close at 1 1:59PM on
April 29, 2023
11 All entries will be judged using these criteria:

SPOKEN POETRY CONTEST


Mechanics/Guidelines

1. The Spoken Poetry Contest is open to all currently enrolled NSTP 1 and NSTP 2 students. Each
section must submit at least one (1) entry.
2. All contestants must upload his/her entry using this link: https://forms.office.com/r/X5ky9WV7JY
Official entry number will be assigned to each contestant. The entry number will be e mailed to the
corresponding contestant. Instructions on how to submit will be provided in the same e-mail.
4. The spoken word poetry piece must be an original composition, written in Filipino or English but not in
Taglish. It must not have been submitted to any other contest.
The author of the piece may opt to choose someone to deliver his/her composition. He/she must come from
the same NSTP section.
6. The piece must be related to the theme: “Reimagining Education for Peace and Education" and should
not contain any offensive or malicious content.
7. Sounds, instruments, or musical background is allowed to compliment the delivery. No deduction shall be
made if the contestant opts not to have a music background
8. The spoken poetry must be delivered from memory. A copy should not be on hand
9. Each contestant must submit a PDF copy of the piece and a 2- to 3-minute recorded video of the delivery of
the piece using the filename KaIikapaSpokenPoetryPieceEntry# and KaIikapaSpokenPoetryVideoEntry#.
10 The submission of entries will begin at 12:01 AM on April 20, 2022 and will close at 11:59 PM on
April 29, 2023.
11 All entries will be judged using these criteria.
