At the Maynilad of the Manila Hotel, we are holding again our yearly Recognition party
from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight on Sunday, October 20, 2020. We want it a party with
an open bar, a smorgasbord dinner, Latin music, and ballroom dancing but exclusive for
all us.

2. Subject: Hiring of Transportation for the Trip to Batangas

Our company excursion I told you about last month will push through on September 30,
2020. Please take charge of hiring our transportation. perhaps two 50-seater buses are
enough.
We are some eighty (80) employees and we are all going to Paraiso Resort in Batulao,
Batangas.

3. Subject: Attention: Strictly wear Chef’f Hat while working.

Effective September 1, 2020 all Kitchen Crew are required to wear the Chef'f Hat while
working. This is our way of preventing hair from falling into the food we prepare and
serve our customers. Get your hat from your kitchen Supervisor and wear it with pride
during your duty hours.
