Dear Sir,

Good day!

I am Junrey Z. Kaquilala, 5th year Civil Engineering student, would like to request for permission to enroll all
these courses so that I can maximixe my allowable units to enroll this semester;

1. CE 500 On-the-Job Training for CE ( 5 units)

2. CE 508 Integration Course for CE 3 ( 2 units)
3. CE 509 CE Projects 2 ( 3 units)
4. CE 510 Foundation Engineering ( 4 units)
5. CE 512 CE Laws, Ethics, Codes, and Standards ( 3 units)

Total of 17 units over 19 allowable units to enroll. I already finished CE 503 Water and Waste Water
Engineering last semester and CE 511 Structural Steel Design last summer and yet our grade is still not
available. Hence, that CE 508 – Integration Course for CE 3 and CE 509 – CE Projects 2 is a graduating
course it is not available in our ARIS Portal to pre-register. Here is the attachment of my curriculum checklist
below.
