SUBJECT SERIES OF REGIONAL HIGHER EDUCATION FACULTY
TRAININGS ON IMPLEMENTATION OF FLEXIBLE LEARNING

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has resulted in the disruption
of various sectors around the world, including the delivery of higher education
programs. To address this concern, and in accordance with the provisions of Republic
Act No. 7722, also known as the "Higher Education Act of 1994"; Republic Act No.
11469, otherwise known as the "Bayanihan to Heal as One Act"; CHED COVID-19
Advisory NO.6 dated April 19, 2020 and CHED COVID-19 Advisory NO.7 dated May
24, 2020; and the soon-to-be released Guidelines on Flexible Learning, the
Commission hereby enjoins all Higher Education Institutions (HEls) tertiary faculty
members to participate in a series of trainings.

The CHED Regional Office X, through the Technical Working Group for Flexible
Learning (TWG-FL) will conduct a Series of Regional Higher Education Faculty
Tranings on Implementation of Flexible Learning on July 9 - 30, 2020 via
webinars (2 hours) and workshops (2 hours) every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and
Friday. The soft opening / Training Overview will be on July 9, 2020, 9:00 AM via
Zoom. The Zoom credentials are as follows:

Due to limitations in the Zoom platform, chosen pre-registered participants from each
HEI will be admitted. Those who will not be able to attend the soft-opening via zoom
must visit the CHED X Facebook (FB) page https:l/www.facebook.com/chedro10/
for the FB Livestream. Participants can still send comments, ask questions, or
clarifications through the chat box.

of each training day. No registration fee is required. The following are the scheduled
