AFFIDAVIT

I, LEONILE A. MILLANES, of legal age, single, Filipino,

and a resident of Barangay 29, Cagayan de Oro City after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and
say:

1. That I am the Chief Tanod of Barangay 29, Cagayan de Oro

City.
2. That I am aware of the fact that the barangay has received a
complaint from Mr. Pat Jared Velez Pangantihon two (2)
years ago.
3. That this issue has already been resolved by the barangay
when Mr. Pangantihon and the bar owners met before the
Office of the Punong Barangay and both parties agreed to
turn down the volume of their music.
4. That I was surprised to receive a phone call from him
sometime in December 2018 requesting me to ask the bar
owners to stop their music.
5. That I informed him of the existing and valid ordinance that
bar owners can operate with music until 12 midnight and
that I even gave him a copy of the ordinance.
6. That the area is only busy on Fridays and Saturdays as there
are less partygoers on weekdays.
7. That the music is not actually loud enough to disturb the
neighborhood considering the area is commercial.
8. That I execute this affidavit as to the truth of the foregoing
facts and for whatever legal purpose/s this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature
