Introduction
Advanced Combined Engineering & Technologies (ACE-Technologies) is a modern,
Top-Notch 21st Century IT firm which is aimed at providing ICT Services and Solutions to
various grade of clients under the umbrella of ACE, with other branches such as ACE-Graphics
and ACE-Media. ACE-Technologies has been providing services and deploying well-developed
solutions since the year 2016 when it was co-founded by Young, talented minds.

Our Services
Information and Communication Technology has now become a wide domain of
solutions to various daily activities. ICT Solutions are now being used by various levels of
organizations and businesses. As a firm equipped with seasoned, innovative and talented
personnel, we offer various ranges of professional services like Graphic Design and Branding,
Web Development, Software Development, PC Software and Hardware Repairs/Maintenance,
Computer Aided Designs (CAD) for modelling, design and analysis of vast engineering structures
as well as Technological Products and Services Such as ON-Q which is an electronic public
transportation seat reservation/booking system. We offer other services that are based on our
copyrighted products like the Maxim EVS which is an electronic voting software, and the Maxim
ETS which is an electronic testing software also known as CBT Software.

Needs
Taifaother International needs a website design as well as a mobile app to update its brand and
presence on the web.
The site design will be built to reach out to prospective users, and clients as well as serve and
support the past, current and future activities of the organization.

Furthermore, Taifaother International needs a website that can be maintained by a member of

the organization without the need to regularly employ ACE-Tech employees to make
changes. These personnel need to be able to add and revise both text and media contents and
additional pages as well as add new posts if necessary.

Similarly, the need to have a user-friendly, mobile app for FT Oil and Gas, a subsidiary of
Taifaother International arises. This App will serve as an e-commerce platform where people can
go to and place an order for cooking gas to be delivered to their doorsteps.

Solution
ACE-Tech will provide Taifaother International with a fresh new web and mobile
design that is easy to navigate and provides useful information to its clients. The design will
also convey to potential clients and investors that Taifaother International is committed, capable
and reliable.
The design will integrate a professionally designed logo and color palette so it will project a
unique look to its users, but will at the same time show them that. It would also include
reference information for prospective and existing Users and the latest news on events and other
information to keep traffic coming to the site.
After speaking with you regarding the Organization’s needs, we've developed a
vision for your website that we feel will greatly improve your overall branding, expand your
digital marketing efforts, and increase the volume of leads generated for your website.
With ACE-Tech’s Web/App Development, the company can now be rest assured of
having a reputable reputation online and a platform where they can easily communicate and get

The proposed website for Taifaother International is one that will incorporate latest,
modern state of the art technologies to provide all necessary facilities required of a
website that conform to global standards, in view of this, the following features are
proposed to be incorporated on the website.

Features of the website

Layout and Interface
The Website will be intuitively designed with a great regard for the user to have a
memorable experience while navigating through the site. It shall have 2 columns (The main
column and a side bar), A compact footer menu, a nice and subtle header/navigation menu as well
as relevant widgets at the sidebars.
Menus/Pages
The proposed website shall have 2 menus and other submenus namely,
 Top menu which shall include the following pages:

 Footer Menu
The footer menu shall be used for other navigations of the pages and subpages and will serve as a
site map, will link to other subsidiary and affiliates pages of Taifaother and will contain other
information about the company and the website.
Admin Login Access
The website is going to be built to have a different admin login page for
easy management of back end processes by the admin. Our team is proficient in
development using every major CMS, including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and
Squarespace. Based on your needs, we feel that WordPress is the best platform
for your website in order to ensure consistency, security, portability,
responsiveness, reliability and efficiency of the website.

FT Oil and Gas: The Mobile App
The proposed mobile app for FT Oil and Gas International is one that will incorporate latest,
modern state of the art technologies to provide all necessary facilities required of a mobile app

maintain a friendly look and feel to users.

At the same time, we'll kick off the technical side of the web design/development process.

 Terms and conditions
 ACE-Technologies will build a website and a mobile app for Taifaother International
according to the description laid out in this proposal. Any additional features, pages, or
other changes to project requirements may affect the timeline and costs laid out in the
tables above, and will require a separate change order document.

 First 50% of total charges shall be made available upon acceptance and approval of this proposal and ACE-
Tech shall commence Work Immediately payment is received.

 35% of total charges shall be paid upon completion of initial testing of the site.

 The remaining 15% shall be paid once the site goes live.

 The Mobile App Development shall be completed shortly after full deployment of the website and the app
shall be released on android platform, and shall be made available for download.

 All works produced as a result of the above described web design project will become the sole property of
Taifaother International. ACE-Technologies reserves the right to use visual representations of the final
product as part of its project portfolio.
