South (temp. 140 deg - 110 deg) become as
cold as the ordinary wells, water diminished
greatly and at times the springs were
completely dry. These appearances
continued for 25 days.

Description
VSAT-DVB_S2 is the latest technology and we are sing STM DVB-RCS Hub
AM1 whose orbital position is 40 degree east and used frequency-band is KU-
band. The uplink & down links frequencies ranges are 14/11 GHz.
Our’ s DVB-RCS Hub is installed in Raiwind Lahore. All remotes and hub site
will communicate with each other through Operator’ s hub. First, remote site will
send data to DVB- hub and hub will pass it to the remotes and vise versa.
Therefore, double hop would be involved in one complete round-trip and delay
will be 1200 to 1300 ms for execution of one round- trip. As for as operating
BUC, LNB ) & 0 to 22 C° for indoor active equipment ( Router & satellite modem)
as Hub site.

One FE port of router would be integrated with Satellite modem and other port

pass it to DVB hub via satellite modem. All remote sites will get 64 kbps
bandwidth with contention ratio of 1:5 and hub site would be communicating with
remote at 512 kbps.
4 ampere power would be required to run each site station and power would be
provided through solar panels.

1. Prices quoted are DDP in PKR at Project delivery basis including all Govt. applicable
duties and taxes . Prices are based on Current SRO’s and duties structure, Currency
Conversion Rate is 1 USD to 157 PKR .
2. Any change in the Govt. Duties and taxes, currency conversion would be Applicable
at the time of signing of contract.
3. Project schedule will start from the date of establishment of local acceptable letter of
credit by Client with Kiemetrics Inc USA or 100% Advance Payment against 100 %
advance Bank Guarantee , All Bank Guarantees and Performance Bond will be Provided
by the Main Manufacturer Kinemetric Inc USA.
4. Administrative approval and Land acquisition for the civil works shall be the client’s
Responsibility.
5. Topographic / Noise survey support for transferring the given remote locations site
physically at ground will be the responsibility of the client.
6. Client will make the inspection of the equipment within 8 days of intimation by us. If
client fails to inspect the equipment within 8 days of intimation the inspection certificate
will be deemed to be issued.
7. Warranty period form start for the successful delivery of equipment.
8. Watch and ward of the sites is contractor responsibility only till the date of taking over of
the system.
9. Risk of Abatement strategies would be considered at the time of project signing.
10. Extended time will provide by the client for integration , optimization of network , and
arrival of experts from main manufacturer for configurations of the network after installation .
11. Prices are valid for the same BOQ Quantity, if there is any variation at the time of order the prices
would be adjusted accordingly.
12 Our prices are valid for 45 days subject to above said terms and conditions.
13. Antelope software is quoted for online processing, Without antelope Software Real time
processing would not be possible but processing would be made possible by client to
download offline data and manually transfer to a offline processing facility .
14- Installation of antelope and configuration of the system would be done by the experts
from the main manufacturer , invitation of experts , depend upon security conditions and
approval from the interior ministry , in case of not getting approval of security clearance
extended time will be provided and delay would not be our responsibility .
