QUESTION 4: DESIGN AND MAKE PACKAGING FOR A PURPOSE (25 MARKS)

Scenario: Reitzer is a company that aims to be environmentally responsible by


providing jobs creating eco-friendly soaps. You are tasked to design a small box to
package their Anti-Mozzie Glycerine Soap.

It is very important that the packaging for soap is environmentally safe and this is in line
with the company image. Your design needs to be neat and attractive and should
promote and protect the product. The size of your small box should be 60mm x 50mm
x 30mm and your design should be easy to assemble.

4.1.1 Write a design brief, describing the problem in your own words. (4)
4.1.2 Write the specifications for the Anti-Mozzie Glycerine Soap box including the
materials you will be using. (4)
