MANIFESTATION AND URGENT MOTION

(FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATION)

ACCUSED ________________________, through counsel, for

purposes of this motion only, and unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully avers that:

1. Accused is currently suffering from severe inflammation and

redness of both her eyes due to acute infections.

2. Said infections could graduate to a more serious case of

infection that could lead to the accused losing both her eyes to
blindness;

3. Accused is praying for compassion and humanitarian

consideration from this Honorable Court to allow her to be
immediately brought to an optalmologist of her own choice or
any government hospital sufficiently equip with the necessary
equipment to properly treat the said infections.

4. This motion is filed solely for the purpose as stated and is not
intended for any other reasons.
 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully and humbly prayed of this

Honorable Court to allow the accused, ________________________, to
be brought to an optalmologist of her own choice, or to any government
hospital equip with the necessary medical equipment and facilities
required for the immediate treatment of her eye’s illness.

Other reliefs just and equitable are also prayed for.
