" Kovački centar "d.o.o was founded in 2010. Yugoimport SDPR financed the construction and
it is a majority owner, and HK Krušik a.d. Valjevo provided the infrastructure, as a ownership
share.

The production programme takes place through the following technologies:

• Hot forging and pressing on mechanical and hydraulic presses and hammers on steel
forgings , non-ferrous metals and their alloys through the deformation process of metals
by compression, deep punching or counter-extrusion and by passing through the rings.
Bushings are obtained with or without bottom, of the following dimensions:
− external diameter up to 180 mm
− internal diameter up to 140 mm
− length up to 700 mm
− mass up to 70 kg

• By engraving in hot forging and pressing on hammers, hydraulic and frictional

presses of forgings in various types of symmetrical and asymmetric shapes for industry
of cars, tractors, trucks, sidecars and the like.

− The maximal mass of such forgings is up to 5 kg.

• Production of plastic products by injection moulding.

• In addition to the above mentioned basic technologies, there are also accompanying
technologies:
− machining,
− heat treatment,
− cleaning of forgings surface by sand blasting and the like.

• All the products from the production programme during and after finished production
are are subjected to demanding quality checks, whereof quality certificates are issued
according to the valid standards.
