 Inspect and Clean Indoor Condensate tray & drain.
 Inspect and Clean/Replace filters.
 Test PCB and Sensors for proper functions.
 Blower Motor - Volt:- V and Amp:- A
 Check for Proper installation of Indoor unit.
 Visual check alignment of pipes.
 Inspect and Clean Condenser Coil.
 Inspect and Clean Fan blade.
 Fan Motor – Volt: - V and Amp: - A.
 Proper Lubricants of Motor and make sure smooth operation.
 Inspect and test Capacitor.
 Inspect Magnetic Switch and PCB.
 Inspect Terminal Cable.
 Compressor – Starting Current:- A
 Check capillary tubes for damage.
 Check refrigerant leak and top up if needed.
 Check filter dryer.
 Check for proper insulation of the pipes.
 Check for proper installation of outdoor Unit.
 Proper housekeeping.
 Electrical Wiring- Test and tighten the connections.
