C) Mobilization & Preparation

1. Site Visit (2 days before operation day)

 Supervisor with the team perform site visit to the working area to identify actual
requirement for the work.
 Identify supporting work to execute the work - scaffolding and power supply
 Identify the best method to start cleaning work.
 Identify obstruction and take proper action to eliminate obstruction
 Identify water source for cleaning work. Propose Obza bring own water tank for smooth
operation.

2. Preparation of work (2 days before operation day)

 Inspect all electrical equipment
 JSA and JMS approved
 Lay the canvas around working area

3. Mobilization work (1 day before operation day)

 Mobilize equipment, tools and material to the site
 Secure all item at safe place.
 Ensure working platform - scaffolding ready to use and with valid green tag
 Finalize the manpower – safety induction
 Finalize the documentation – Method of statement, permits and etc
 Final discussion with PT2’s PIC for the operation.
 Transfer all inspected tools, equipment and machinery to the job area.
D) Job Steps

 Marking work for anchor bolts location

 Drill the hole for anchor bolt
 Install the truss and tightening the anchor bolts
 Install purlin & cladding properly
 Tighten all bolts
 Housekeeping work
