A) Introduction
Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering (hereinafter called the MMHE) awarded by Idemitsu SM
(Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (hereinafter called the ISM) for the Turnaround Maintenance Work 2021
Campaign. As part of partnership strategy, Obza Services Sdn Bhd (hereinafter called the Obza) was
invited to collaborate with MMHE Team to execute this work. The TA maintenance campaign was
scheduled on June 8th 2021 until July 8th 2021 (Mechanical Day).
B) Objective
This document envisage the mobilization plan for the manpower and equipment, tools and
machinery for this TA Maintenance campaign.

To execute the campaign smoothly, Obza already established Project Management Team (PMT) and
Supervisor Team. Refer to Appendix I for detail of organization chart.
E) Manpower Mobilization Plan
Direct manpower for this campaign shall be mobilized early for preparation work and for attend ISM’s
induction course. Briefly, total estimated manpower for this campaign are as follow:
i. PMT Team : 17 pax
ii. Scaffolder : 20 pax
iii. HPWJ Team : 20 pax
iv. Mechanical Team : 30 pax
v. Heat Exchanger Team : 16 pax
vi. Insulation Team : 20 pax
vii. Rigger Team : 8 pax
viii. Fabrication Team : 12 pax
ix. Catalyst Team : 30 pax
TOTAL : 173 pax
