    WORK METHOD STATEMENT

    Detail of Work Hipot Testing


    Date 24 / 11 / 2023 Location CWP House

    No Sequence of Work
    1. Preparation
    - TBM
    - Prepare Tools, (Ratchet, Full Body Harness) & PTW
    - Make sure to do a health check before doing activities
    - Use personal protective equipment according to operational standards

    2. Make sure there are barricades installed around the work area and 1 person (Guard)
    around the scaffolding pipe dismantling location
    3. Dismantle the scaffolding gradually and carefully
    4. Using ropes to transfer materials (up and down) Don't throw it.
    5. During work, the body harness hook must always be attached to the handrail
    6. Arrange the scaffolding materials neatly in a safe place and not interfere with other
    workers' access
    7. Housekeeping

    - Ratchet
    - Body Harness
    - Rope
