I don’t agree with his opinion. I have had many different jobs in my life and
the most important factor has always been money. For money, people get up
earlier, work out harder, and are able to do the impossible. You need money
if you want to take care of your family. When I am looking for a job, I always
think about the salary first. I have had many different jobs where the pay has
been good and the work has been repetitive and monotonous. This is not a
problem for me. I am good at learning anything. I just need the right
incentive. In my case, this incentive is money.
I do not agree with your opinion. I work only once as a SISO Auxiliary and
the most important factor has been money. People look for work, because
we really need money, we have a family that we must support. Money does
motivate, that's why people try harder and do their utmost to make
everything possible.
If a professional does not charge what he needs, he will not contribute as he
could; you have to pay him enough not to think about the money. I think this
is not a problem for me, I am a person capable of learning and adapting to
anything, I just need the right incentive and in my case, this incentive is
money.
