RESOLUTION

GONZALES-SISON, M., J.:

This resolves the Motion for Reconsideration 1 filed by petitioner

Mallow Holdings, Inc., on December 23, 2019 of this Court's Decision 2

dated November 28, 2019, and the Comment 3 of the respondent to the
Motion for Reconsideration filed on June 04, 2020, the dispositive portion
of the said Decision reads:

“WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The Office of

the President's Decision in OP Case No. 09-1-460 dated
June 15, 2015 and Resolution dated March 6, 2019 are
AFFIRMED

SO ORDERED.”

After due consideration of the parties' evidence and arguments,

We find no reversible error in our factual and legal conclusions. Hence,
We find no reason to modify or alter much less depart from our decision
which was judiciously arrived at after due consideration of all relevant
facts, issues and applicable laws. Perforce, We will not discuss matters
which have been previously resolved and clarified, for any further
discussion thereof is a mere superfluity. Since no new matters or issues
were raised by the petitioner, the Motion for Reconsideration must fail.

WHEREFORE, the petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED

for utter lack of merit.
