LBS CASE DEVELOPMENT

West India Construction Company, a registered partnership firm was started in


1976 with the work of laying shed, construction of building railway quarter and
employee quarters, road, laying stone in railway track for SAIL, Bhilai Steel Plant,
under the aegis of M/s Hindustan Steel Works Construction Limited, and later on
followed main works executed successfully.

We are registered as class ‘A’ contractor Under Unified Registration System of


PWD, Chhattisgarh Government and with SAIL, Bhilai Steel Plant and also with
M/s Hindustan Steel Works Construction Limited.

Our Company having registrations with various agencies / departments like EPF,
ESIC, GST, Firm & Registrar, Labor License etc.

M/s WICC have adequate technical back-up, have qualified & experienced
working organization for execution of various works as required in an integrated
manner. We also possess requisite quantum of equipment and T & P for the
various works, as required.

 Design & Engineering.


 Structural fabrication and erection works of factories and industries.
 Construction of different employee quarter for PSU and railway.
 Construction of Concrete & Bituminous roads.
 Construction of Overhead & under Ground Water Tanks and laying of water
supply pipe lines.

Turnover:
The current turnover of 2017-18 of our Company is Rupees 9.05 Crore.

 Structural Steel Works of sinter plant in 1984 of RINL Visakhapatnam


 Civil, Structural and Mechanical Works of Coke Oven battery no. 10 in
1994-96 of SAIL, Bhilai Steel Plant, Bhilai
 Civil, Structural and Mechanical Works of Coke Oven battery no. 10 in
1994-96 of SAIL, Bhilai Steel Plant, Bhilai
 Civil, Fabrication and Erection of Structural works for Additional flare-stack
of 78 Meter high for SAIL, Bhilai Steel Plant, Bhilai in 2004
 Repairs (Hot and Cold) and re-building of coke oven batteries no. 1 to 10 of
SAIL, Bhilai Steel Plant in 1998 and onwards.
