been threatens and he/she has the right to apply self-defense.

used in ethical issues and dilemmas concerning the government? Give three (3)
theories and give your reasons why in 2-3 sentences only.

Utilitarianism, Justice as Fairness and Natural Law Theory I think the ethical
theories that can apply in our country current situation because our government
are expected to create or apply some changes on our country law or ruling to
coped up with the situation and to avoid less casualties. While Justice as
Fairness because we can’t only blame the government from what is happening
right now because some people was also undisciplined and act carelessly.
