The theme of this long verse of this Surah also called as Ayat-ul-kursi (the verse of the
throne in the Hadith) is “Allah in himself”. In this verse he makes clear oneness of Allah
and his authority over all things in the Heaven and Earth and the fact everything created
in this universe belongs to him and none has the authority to interrupt Him except if his
grace allows him too. He also has knowledge of after and before present. He monitors it
very quietly, whole universe functions on His command, this verse also highlight
Tawheed and control and power over all things from. He says in Surah Ikhla’s: on

Allah is ever living. He is the master owner of heaven and earth. He is not dependent on
anyone nor does his.
This surah deals with the Tawheed (says that Allah in one and everlasting and he has no
relative or any partner) Which strengthen our faith in Allah Almighty and the theme is
also clarifies tawheed and prevent us from committing bad deeds as well as associating
any partner with him or performing shirk.
