➢ Conducted trainings on Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), Water conservation, source
strengthening, safe and secure water supply, ODF plus and school sanitation
for Village Pradhans, Secretaries and School Teachers.
• Conducted Jal Jeewan Mission(JJM),Water and Sanitation related
trainings in different districts as State Trainer, Uttar Pradesh.
• Orientation of Govt. School teachers on "WASH facilities for school"
and "Mission Kayakalp (transformation) for schools".
• Trained more than 300 Pradhans, Secretaries and teachers

➢ Master Trainer in State institute of health and family welfare on“New ASHA
Induction.”
• Conducted several 8 Days Induction Training of new ASHA workers on
Maternal Care, Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) etc.
• Have trained more than 300 new ASHA workers.

Communicable Disease (NCD), with ASHA workers.

➢ 2 years Experience as “State Level Master Trainer” in “CLTS” to “State

Resource Group”, Uttar Pradesh.
• Conducted many 5 days CLTS Trainings/ 3 days refresher training as
lead trainer in different districts.
• Have trained more than 2000 Swacchata Motivators (Swacchagrahis)
successfully in different districts.
• Capacity building in PRA Tools, Community Mobilization, triggering
tools, Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) by using
Participatory Training approach.
• Developed some new tools and approaches for CLTS triggering process.
• Share reports on Training process, outcomes and new lessons learnt (from
the field) with the team.
