LETTER OF REQUEST

Madam:
Grade 9 and grade 10 students are taking COOKERY as their field of specialization in
Technology and Livelihood Education subject. The subject aims to develop the
knowledge, skills, and attitudes to perform cookery task. Most of their time will be
spent in the kitchen and they’ll be needing kitchen ware to use. When I visited the TLE
room and made an inventory, I found out that there is insufficient tools, utensils, and
equipment. In line with this, I would like to request from your good office to grant us
the basic tools, utensils, and equipment. The list below are the things that we will be
using but not available in our school.

 LPG

 Dishwashing Foam and Liquid  Dish Rack

 Water Supply  Personal Protective Equipment
 Ladle (Lab gown, Shoe rag, Apron)
 Oven
