We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As apart of requirements for our
physical education and health subject. It is with great pleasure that we are reaching out to you on behalf
of the grade 11 students of PRIETO DIAZ NATIONAL HIGHSCHOOL. Our school is deeply committed
to ensuring the well-being and development of our students, and we believe that teaching them with
essential life skills is important to their growth.

As part of our ongoing efforts to promote health and safety within our school community, we are
organizing an event on January 19 entitled “PROPER ETIQUETTE AND SAFETY IN THE USE OF
FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT’’.The objective of this event is to educate our students on first aid
prevention by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to respond effectively in
emergency situations.

With that in mind we are writing to formally extend an invitation to the PRIETO DIAZ
EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM to send a knowledgeable and experienced speaker to address our
grade 11 students. We believe that your expertise in first aid and emergency response would greatly
benefit our students and contribute to their overall development.

The speaker will be given a platform to share valuable insights, practical tips, and real-life
experiences to engage us students in interactive and meaningful learning session. We are confident that
your participation will inspire and empower our students to prioritize their well-being and that of others.
 We understand the demands of your schedule and are willing to accommodate your availability.
The event will be held at PRIETO DIAZ NATIONAL HIGHSCHOOL (PDNHS) from 2:00-3:00 in the
afternoon and we hope that you can provide a speaker to interact with the students in the said time.

Your contribution to this activity would be highly appreciated and have a positive impact n our
grade 11 students. We trust that this event will be a rewarding experience for both your team and us
students.
