Operational Activities

1. A proper inventory planning to ensure- Quality, speed, dependability and flexibility.

Quality- a technical team to manage software program, website and app.
applying “private label policy” where we will be getting our products from
another manufacturing company and we will have control over them. Our quality
control team will observe the activities of the manufacturers on daily basis, there will be
a quality checking event after every 15 days along with the head of the quality control
team.
A strong customer service team which will be ready to help 24/7 and giving the
opportunity to the customer to track the location of their product which will help us to
get customer satisfaction.
An evaluation will be conducted on customer service and product quality from
the review from the customers in every month to ensure the best quality for the
customer.
Speed- an effective delivery system where customers are promised to have their
product within the shortest possible time.

Dependability- low risk as we are sharing our profit margin with the manufacturers
rather than purchasing products from them.

Flexibility- we will be able to respond to the changes of trend, customer’s choice,

customer’s request and any difficult situation.

2. Demand forecasting- technical team be developing a software which will research big
data and customer behavior to predict the demand of the product. A research is already
conducted to analyze the demand and predict the supplies and sales of next one year.

3. Capacity planning- A head office in a well established area in Dhaka and other offices for
customer service team, quality control area and technical team in a lower costing area
to lower the cost and increase the productivity and ensure quality. To monitor the daily
activities of our customer service team one representative from quality control team
will be appointed.

4. HR team- a proper understanding with the employees. Traning, evaluation,

appreciation, direct interaction and other activities to bring the best from the
employees which will add another dimension in the business.
