Contacting with the customers through email as it’s easy to
maintain, cost free and we can connect to the customer any time.

Behavioral segmentation and psychographic segmentation

Behavioral---Will be observing customers behavior patterns- how often the


customer is viewing the page, what’s the frequency of buying any product and
what type of product and based on that our special discount will be given to
those customer also there will be gifts and voucher for them.

Customer is using whether card or cash on delivery, going for expensive


product or cheap one, purchasing large amount or small will be also taken care
of before making any campaign for segmented customer.

Psychographic (to find what our customer love)--- customer will be


segmented based on their social class, income level, lifestyle,
attitude and personality. For this- different survey will be conducted,
customers attitude, interest and opinion will be observed by
following them on social media, personal blog. By emailing them
asking their interest and suggestion.
