Tournament Format: 7 round Swiss System
Time Control: 1 hour play to finish
Purpose:
1. To enhance & develop the decision making skills of our youth through
chess.
2. To develop chess masters and divert the attention of the youth into a
meaningful activities rather than engage in juvenile delinquency.
